Fatima Issa
Hi, I'm Fatima.
My passion for health began long before I became a Registered Nurse. I started my journey in 2010 in the world of fitness and nutrition, driven by a simple goal—to help people feel their best.
As my career evolved, I became a Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Educator, working in acute healthcare while continuing to deepen my understanding of wellness. But it was my own experiences with infertility, IVF, Hashimoto's thyroiditis and burnout that truly changed the way I viewed health.
Those challenges taught me that healing isn't always about finding a quick fix. Sometimes it's about listening to your body, asking better questions and taking a more personalised approach.
That's why I created Elivate Wellness.
My mission is simple: to bridge the gap between clinical care and preventative wellness, helping people feel informed, supported and empowered to take control of their health.
Whether we're meeting for an IV infusion, reviewing your health goals or educating you through our content, my hope is that you leave feeling healthier, more confident and better equipped to advocate for yourself.
