Meet the Founder,
Fatima Issa
A Holistic Wellness Nurse, mum and life long advocate for health and wellbeing. Her journey began over a decade ago in 2010, when she first stepped into the world of personal training and nutrition. Driven by a passion to help women feel strong and confident in their bodies, she later deepened her path by becoming a Registered Nurse in 2018, where she specialised in women’s health, post surgical care and Clinical Education.
Through these diverse roles, and her own lived experiences with infertility, IVF and motherhood, Fatima saw the need for something more.
