How do I book a service or scan?

Booking is easy! You can schedule your appointment online through our website or by contacting us directly. We offer mobile appointments in Sydney and partner locations, depending on availability.

Do I need a prescription to be serviced by you?

Yes — IV therapy in Australia requires a valid prescription. At Elivate Wellness, we make this easy:
We facilitate online scripting during your appointment in partnership with our prescribing doctor.
There is a $50 scripting fee, which is added to your consult. Once approved, we proceed with your infusion safely and professionally — no need to arrange anything beforehand.

Do I need a blood test before I get an infusion?

Not always. Many of our wellness drips (e.g. energy, hydration, immune support) can be given without a blood test. However, if you're dealing with specific health concerns like fatigue, thyroid issues, or nutrient deficiencies, recent blood work may help us customise your drip protocol more precisely. If needed, we can guide you on what tests to request or refer you to your GP.

Can I claim your services through private health insurance?

Currently, IV vitamin therapy and AO Scans are not claimable through private health funds. We operate as a wellness and preventative service, so rebates are not typically available.

How often should I get an IV drip or AO Scan?

This depends on your health goals. Some clients come weekly or fortnightly during fatigue or recovery phases, while others book monthly for maintenance. We’ll guide you on the best rhythm based on your energy, lifestyle, and results.
